1. Hand-Painted Art (Physical Products)
Due to the unique and personal nature of our hand-painted artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. All sales of hand-painted art are final.

2. Digital Products via Itch.io
For digital products (such as e-books, digital artwork, or any other content) sold through links to Itch.io, the Itch.io Refund Policy applies. Since these products are delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds directly for digital purchases made through Itch.io.

3. Shipping Issues (Hand-Painted Art)
If your order of hand-painted art is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier (if applicable) and ensure that you are either refunded or sent a replacement piece. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur after the item has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
