1. Shipping Methods

We offer reliable shipping options to get your hand-painted art to you securely and promptly. We ship worldwide, however, there are restrictions for some countries. Norway is adapting these rules to the global situation; at the moment, shipments cannot be made to the following countries:

  • Comoros
  • Haiti
  • Iran
  • Korea, Democratic People’s Republic
  • Libya
  • Mayotte
  • Montserrat
  • Palestina

  • Sudan

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Rates will be shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

3. Processing Time

We aim to process your order within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number (if applicable) to keep you updated on the status of your package.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Since delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and other factors, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates.

  • Domestic Shipping (Norway): Delivery times may range from [3-7] business days after shipment.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the country and shipping method chosen.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.

5. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your hand-painted artwork securely. Each piece is wrapped with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Larger items may be shipped in custom-sized boxes to ensure the artwork arrives safely.

6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or labor disruptions

  • Customs processing for international shipments

We appreciate your understanding and patience during such delays.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order is damaged upon arrival or lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or offering a refund. Please provide the following:

  • Photos of the damaged artwork

  • Your order number

Important: We cannot accept returns for damaged goods if the damage was caused after the item has been delivered to the carrier.

8. International Orders and Customs

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer, and payment of these charges may be required before your package can be released.

  • Customs Delays: Occasionally, international packages may experience delays due to customs inspections. These delays are beyond our control.

9. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available). You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.
