• Physical Art: You may purchase original hand-painted art through our Site. All sales of physical products are subject to availability and pricing. 

• Digital Products: Digital products, including downloadable e-books or artwork, are available through links to Itch.io. All digital sales are processed through Itch.io, and their terms apply to these purchases.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods, PayPal, etc.].

• Shipping: For physical products, shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on location. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Information page for more details.

• Refunds & Returns: Physical products are eligible for return if damaged upon arrival, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Digital products, due to their nature, are non-refundable. For refunds related to digital products purchased via Itch.io, please refer to Itch.io’s Refund Policy.

3. Digital Products via Itch.io

When purchasing digital products through links on our Site, the transaction will be handled by Itch.io, and their terms and conditions will govern the purchase. We do not collect or store payment information for digital purchases, and all transactions are processed directly through Itch.io.

All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, designs, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Alexa Astaire or its licensors.
